Edit Bookmark

Use Edit bookmark when a saved link needs a better title, new Board, different Tags, or an updated Note.

Open the edit dialog​

  1. Open a Bookmark.
  2. Select the edit action from the Bookmark view sheet or item menu.
  3. The Edit bookmark dialog opens.

Update fields​

You can edit:

  • URL.
  • Title.
  • Board.
  • Tags.
  • Note.

Select Update Bookmark to save your changes.

Move to another Board​

Use the Board field to move a Bookmark to a different Board. You can also move Bookmarks in bulk with Bulk Actions.

Update Tags​

Use Tags to add or remove labels. If you need to clean up every Bookmark using a Tag, use the Tag Manager flow in Create and Manage Tags.

AI suggestions while editing​

Pro and Business users may see AI actions such as Summarize with Marqly AI or tag suggestions depending on the Bookmark and account settings.

Common validation messages​

  • Invalid URL: use a complete http or https link.
  • Duplicate URL: Marqly already has this Bookmark.
  • Title, Note, or Tag too long: shorten the field and try again.
