Bulk Actions

Bulk actions help you clean up many Bookmarks at once.

Select Bookmarks

1. Open a view such as All bookmarks, a Board, a Tag filter, or search results.
2. Select one or more Bookmarks.
3. The selected Bookmarks bar appears.

If the view supports it, you can select all filtered Bookmarks.

Available actions

The selected Bookmarks bar includes:

• Copy to to duplicate selected Bookmarks into another Board.
• Move to to move selected Bookmarks into another Board.
• Add Tags to append Tags to selected Bookmarks.
• Delete to move selected Bookmarks to Trash or permanently remove them from Trash.

Copy vs Move

Use Copy to when the same Bookmark should appear in another Board without removing it from the current Board.

Use Move to when the current Board is wrong and the Bookmark should belong somewhere else.

Bulk tagging tips

• Add broad Tags such as research, work, design, or reading only when they help filtering.
• Avoid adding many near-duplicate Tags in bulk.
• Use Create and Manage Tags when a Tag itself needs cleanup.

Bulk delete is fast. Check the selection count before confirming, especially inside Trash where deletion can be permanent.
