Sync and Offline Issues
Marqly syncs your library across devices, while Offline Mode stores cached content on the current device only.
New Bookmark not visible on another device
- Confirm both devices are signed in to the same account.
- Refresh Marqly on the second device.
- Check your connection.
- Wait a moment for sync to complete.
Offline Bookmark not available on another device
Offline cache is device-specific. Use Save Offline separately on each device where you need offline access.
Offline save failed
Offline caching may skip:
- Videos.
- Login-only pages.
- Images larger than 2 MB.
- Pages larger than 5 MB.
- Pages that block access.
Cache is too large
Open Settings > Offline and either reduce Max Cache Size (This Device) or select Clear All Offline Content.
Link Health scan will not start
Manual Link Health scans are limited to once every 24 hours. Wait until the next scan window or rely on the monthly automatic check.
