Organize Bookmarks

Use Boards for the broad place a Bookmark belongs. Use Tags for cross-cutting labels.

Move one Bookmark to a Board

1. Open the Bookmark.
2. Select Edit.
3. Change the Board field.
4. Select Update Bookmark.

Move multiple Bookmarks

1. Select multiple Bookmarks.
2. Use the selected Bookmarks bar.
3. Select Move to.
4. Choose the destination Board.

Use Copy to when you want selected Bookmarks to appear in another Board without moving them out of the current view.

Drag and reorder Boards

Boards can be reordered in the sidebar. Drag a Board to change its position or move it under another Board when nesting is allowed.

Sort Bookmarks

Bookmark views can be sorted by:

• Newest first.
• Oldest first.
• Title A-Z.
• Title Z-A.
• Manual.

Manual ordering is not shown on shared public views.

Choose a view style

Use the view controls to switch between:

• Card view.
• List view.
• Condensed view.

Card controls can show or hide Cover, Description, Tags, Link, and Date. Card size can be adjusted for denser or more visual layouts.

Organization pattern

Start with a small number of Boards, then add Tags when you need another dimension. For example, save a link in Research Hub and tag it with ai, design, or competitor.
