Board Icons

Board icons make the sidebar easier to scan.

Change a Board icon

1. Open the Board menu.
2. Select Edit or Rename depending on the context.
3. Open the icon picker.
4. Choose a folder color, gradient, emoji, or icon.
5. Save.

Available styles

The icon picker includes color choices such as Blue, Emerald, Yellow, Fuchsia, Purple, Red, Indigo, Orange, Slate, Pink, Cyan, Amber, Lime, Violet, Rose, Teal, Sky, and Green.

The default Board icon color is cyan.

Tips

• Use color to identify major areas, not every individual Board.
• Use emoji or icons for Boards you open every day.
• Keep related Subboards visually similar when they belong to one project.

AI-created Boards

When Pro or Business users enable full AI assistance, Marqly may suggest or create Boards during AI-assisted saving. You can edit their names and icons like any other Board.
