Highlights
Highlights keep important passages attached to the Bookmark they came from.
Where to find Highlights
- Open a Bookmark.
- Select the Highlights tab.
- Review saved highlights for that Bookmark.
The sidebar also includes Highlights as a fixed view when it is visible in your customization settings.
When to use Highlights vs Notes
Use Highlights for text from the page. Use Notes for your own thoughts, summaries, or next steps.
Organizing highlighted Bookmarks
Highlights work best with Boards and Tags:
- Put the Bookmark in the right Board.
- Add Tags for topic or project.
- Add a Note if the highlight needs context.
Troubleshooting
If a highlight does not appear, confirm the Bookmark was saved and synced, then reopen the Bookmark view sheet.
