What AI Organizer can do

AI Organizer can:

• Analyze Bookmark titles, URLs, and content.
• Create, rename, or merge Boards when appropriate.
• File Bookmarks into Boards.
• Add helpful Tags across your library.
• Prepare results for your review before changes are applied.

Choose a scope

AI Organizer can run on:

• Entire library.
• Only unsorted bookmarks.
• Specific boards.

Use the smallest useful scope when you want more predictable changes.

Start an organization run

1. Open Settings.
2. Select AI Organizer.
3. Choose a scope.
4. Start the organization.
5. Wait while Marqly analyzes and classifies your library.
6. Select Review results when ready.
7. Apply the changes you approve.

A run usually takes a few minutes depending on library size.

Statuses

You may see states such as queued, analyzing, classifying, validating, applying, ready, failed, or applied.

You can cancel an active run if you started the wrong scope.

Monthly limit

The UI tracks organizations used this month. The default visible limit is 4 organization runs per month, and usage resets on the 1st.

tip

Run AI Organizer after import, then use Tag Manager and Board edits for final cleanup.
