Export Data

Use Export to download Bookmark data as a CSV file.

Open Export​

  1. Open the profile/sidebar menu.
  2. Select Export.
  3. Review export metadata.

The export modal shows:

  • Total bookmarks.
  • New since last export when available.
  • Export limit when your plan limits export size.

Export all Bookmarks​

Select the export all option to download the available Bookmark set as CSV.

Pro and Business users can export all Bookmarks. Free users may be limited by plan access.

Export new only​

If you have exported before and there are new Bookmarks, paid users can export only new Bookmarks since the last completed export.

CSV contents​

The CSV is useful for backup, spreadsheets, and migration. Keep exported files private because they may contain saved URLs, titles, Tags, Board names, and Notes.
